What are my delivery options?

• We endeavour to get your garments to you as soon as possible!
• Free delivery in the UK on any spend above £60.

Options Delivery Cost

• Royal Mail 2nd Class Estimated delivery of 3-5 working days £3.00
• Royal Mail 1st Class Estimated delivery of 1-3 working days £4.50
• Royal Mail 2nd class is available Monday to Saturday excluding UK bank holidays Royal Mail
• 1st Class delivery is available Monday to Saturday excluding UK bank holidays.
• USA Estimated delivery is 6-10 working days £15 (duty/customs charges are responsibility of the customer)

How can I return or exchange my outfit.

Here at Roowi, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase and so we offer a no hassle returns policy.

Your garment can be returned within 30 days and must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached. We will endeavour to have your refund to you within 10 days of receipt of the item. A return address can be found on your invoice, cost of postage is not covered.

If you need to change the size, please send us the garment in its original packaging, and we will exchange it, if the requested size is in stock.

We have a careful quality control process for our garments, but if you are not happy for any reason, please contact us and let us know.

How shall I wash my Roowi outfit?

You can machine wash your garment at 30 degrees, with similar colours and then air dry. They are best washed inside out to protect the embroideries and prints. You can be assured our garments have been properly finished and colours do not run!

When will the age range expand?

You asked, and we listened! New to 2024 we extended our age range to age 8 after SO many of you requested Roowi for the older siblings. We hope to take this further over the next collections.

We are a small business with a desire to provide a solution for families like ours, looking for quality and ethically sourced, cultural clothing for their little ones. A huge amount of work has gone into getting a premium quality product in standard UK sizing to you.
